Mind blowing a must visit

The Archaeology of Avebury is a mini museum in an old stable block. There are many items discovered from 6000 years ago. There are also human remains that were discovered in avebury from BC. There is a lot to look at and it is defiantly worth going to have a look.

Interesting museum that looks very recently converted in an old building. Engaging displays which walk you through the diverse history of Avebury and the meaning behind the stones. Learned a lot about the lives of the residents across the ages - even a skeleton on show amongst the artefacts! Recommend to everyone visiting Avebury as part of their National Trust entry.
