Great food! Although there were a lot of flies in the pub as it was so hot and the doors were open!

Really nice interior and friendly staff. Good selection of beers/Lagers and wines. They food is tasty and we'll presented.A substantial childrens play area with picnic tables.
Lovely place and great food! 100% recommend to visit. Love the furniture/decor and it's in a lovely part of the countryside. Also a Great chef!
Ever-so-slightly disappointing. We had high hopes after we heard it had undergone a large refurbishment in 2017. The decor and style is a mix of modern and traditional country pub, and it works well. Theres also a really great play area at the back for kids.The down side was it was understaffed (we were there at lunchtime on a weekday, but one front-of-kitchen staff wasnt enough). There was also no ale on draft because of a pump issue, which was a real downer. The final issue was the menu didnt match what was available in the kitchen. We had to change our orders a few times.On the plus side, the food which we ended up with was generously portioned and well prepared, plus the one staff member was super friendly and helpful despite being rushed.Maybe worth another visit.
