Lovely restaurant serving great food with pleasant staff. A quiet week day night but will definitely be back.

Had lots of meals here and can thoroughly recommend. Staff are very friendly and the food is excellent. Good food, good ale and wine, good company, what's not to like?
A pub you drive past so many times but always on the way somewhere so you can't stop for a drink. Well, last Thursday I finally did, with my visiting mum and it was truly lovely. The man serving us was really friendly and accommodated to our needs. We only had some food to share but it tasted so lovely and was of very good quality. I definitely want to come back soon for a proper meal.
