This school does have a bullying problem just like other reviews have mentioned. I spent many years in hell here and still thank God I escaped. Nothing ever gets done about this problem and the teachers are just as much bullies too. Not one good memory about this place. However, life immediately got better once I left. Karma will collect one day.
My children where bullied there and no adult teacher took it in hand.So the bullies got away with it.
I dont think Ive ever seen a more shocking school. They do not care about a childs needs. They are nosey and unhelpful, getting involved until a point in which they become bored and loose interest. Leaving the child to helpless and in a constant state of dread for the next day. I cannot express my utter distaste for the place. If you are lucky enough not too attend or send your child there, I can tell you now you have dodged a bullet of endless unhappiness.

The curate's egg. Fine if your child is a keen and able scholar but if your child has any form of impediment (dyslexia, dyspraxia etc) do expect to receive no assistance nor any evidence that the bulk of the staff care. When my child started at this school we supplied a professional assessment of his condition which was not even read by the staff. Correspondence often ignored,internal proceedures for parent consolation also mainly ignored or adapted to suit the staff only, who behave in an autocratic manner with no recourse from their superiors. Staff have a penchant for going on strike without prior notice (or if they do this is not conveyed to parents until the day before)Wonderful building, expensively fitted out but such a disappointment
