Worst customer service ever in my opinion. I rented a house, they did a house check using an illegal company called "Chimney pots", then they forced me to have a credit check even though I was paying for the full term up front. I stupidly renewed the contract this year and they have been horrible ever since, they have harrased and bullied me they have breached my rights. I wish I had walked away when I could I would never use them again. I couldnt recommend them to anyone.
