Arrived 3 days late. Left Radiator hanging off broken bracket on wall. Feet on backwards, scorch marks on fittings, valves askew, boiler set to over heat, cut off screw heads and placed them on feet rather than screw to floor which were lost in hoover. Rushed work. Left at 11.30 am charged till 4.30pm. As said this was his normal standard of work. AVOID
