Disgusted by the experience of using this place. On a number of occasions we have put a script in for formula for our twin boys (milk protein allergy so need special formula) now we put these in on a Thursday to give them time to get it in and we actually go back the following Thursday to be told they will need to order it in that day.........................WHAT? I give you a week and you still can't do your job and get the formula in for my boys. You can't buy said formula as well so you find it acceptable that my boys go without? Not so much as an apology from the new manager. Disgrace.
Boots is better!!!!Long wait for prescriptions,out of stock regularly.Staff(including Boss) need to brush up on Customer Care skills.
This place has everything you could think of, lovely friendly staff and very helpful and prices are nice and cheap
