Really great equipment and a very friendly, welcoming atmosphere. The instructors are very knowledgeable too.
What more can you ask for? Friendly, attentative staff who are really focused on helping you with your fitness. I had not stepped in a gym for over a year and now you can't get me out of it!! Loads of different classes to try and they even switch them up based on your feedback. It's the personal touches that count!!
