Ive been having Venus treatment and I total love it the girls in the salon they have been amazing and I find they are always helpful, Im never rushed and always leave feeling relaxed, thanks again to Jill and the girls Kind regards Lorraine
Staff were pleasant and friendly but we did not get the service we asked for. We asked to be seen together at the same time. We were not. When we phoned to confirm she said it was fine and then we got a call the Thursday before to say we'd missed our appointment. We both had to file our nails A LOT to make them smooth after we left. My mum is upset as it was my first experience and she booked over a month in advance to just get mixed up and shoe horned in for a quick rush job rather than the duluxe experience she had booked. We were in 20mins each. Will not return.
Ive been going to Indulgence for several years now and wholeheartedly recommend them due to the excellent customer service and superb treatments. And the new laser hair removal machine really is painless. I couldnt believe it!

I went to Gillian for my IPL. She made me feel at ease and the results are amazing! I also had my ear cartridge pierced by Amy, she was very professional and made me feel as comfortable as can be. Highly recommend going here for any treatments! Wonderful vibe, highly skilled, lovely therapists!
